Questions:
1) The application says that the "R" house has sound proofing and windows to protect the neighbors from the noise. Won't the windows be open much of the time during the warm weather months?
2) Look at items 16) and 17) in the application. Item 16) talks about live entertainment being present 7 days a week. Item 17) talks about live entertainment being present one to three times a week. Does the answer to Item 17) RESTRICT the "R" house to having live entertainment one to three times a week?
3) The GRIA land use committee had on its agenda for a March 7, 2017 meeting:
1. R House will be presenting to ask GRIA for support for a live entertainment license in order to do Sunday night jazz and outdoor music in the warm weather.
Is this new entertainment license something in addition to the Sunday night outdoor jazz concert?
4) Item 25) on the application makes the claim that the “immediate neighbors” of the “R” House and GRIA support this application. Are there some members of GRIA and some “immediate neighbors” on this network who can confirm this? (I find it difficult to see how anyone can support this application until it is much clearer what they are asking for.)
