The Remington Row Planned Unit Development (PUD) (Ordinance 14-314) was approved by the City Council and signed by the Mayor in late 2014. (All documents to be found here. The3rd Reader version of the bill contains the final version of the PUD.)
The project was built during the following two years: Remington Row and the "R" house.
Councilman Robert Stokes introduced a bill to repeal the Remington Row PUD on September 25, 2017. (All documents here.)
Caroline Hecker, for Seawall, submitted a memo to the Planning Department in support of this bill in October of this year.
The Planning Department approved the repeal on November 9th of this year.
The Planning Commission approved the repeal on November 9th of this year.

BMAZ hearing on Live Entertainment at the "R" House
Yesterday (May 10, 2017), the Zoning Board approved the addition of "Live Entertainment and Dancing" to the R House restaurant. The major conditions are as follows:
End at 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday.
Live Entertainment and Dancing must be inside the building.
Roll-up doors/windows to be closed during Live Entertainment and Dancing.
The Zoning Board deliberated for 20 minutes before reaching its decision.
